"The Gamsegghof is located at Melag, right at the end of the Langtauferertal valley. In addition to the farm's own cheese dairy and a farm with livestock, goose eggs are lovingly decorated at the Gamsegghof. The farmer of the farm, Beatrix Hohenegger, first blows out the large and robust eggs, then colours them and finally carves wonderfully decorative patterns or quotes on the egg. A lot of passion always brings new wonderful works of art.
