About Butcher's shop
We are a small family company based in Resia. Since its opening in 1974, we have been working in the tradition of a typical village chef. In 2009, we adapted the operating structure to the EU regulations and thus retained its independence. All production steps - from slaughtering, meat processing, sausages and bacon to sale - can be carried out on site.
