In Unterinn am Ritten, South Tyrol, Thomas Kohl produces naturally pure gourmet mountain apple juices: six single-variety juices, eight cuvées of mountain apple juice and berries, fruits or vegetables and the finest aroma essences, and two Grand Crus made from old apple varieties – with characteristic and very different aromas, perfect for serving as an aperitif, quenching your thirst and accompanying your meal.

With great sensitivity and knowhow, Thomas Kohl grows historical apple varieties like the pineapple pippin and winter calville to make outstanding apple juices for special moments of rare pleasure. They are available as limited editions in the magnum bottle.
Some of the varieties in our Gourmet and Essence lines are also available in a small glass bottle (200 ml) – ideal for a tasting session or an attractive choice at the table.
