About Tschauphof
Family-run ’Tschaup‘ farm lies at 450m above sea level in the sunny Unterland area. Lots of fruit and berries thrive here, which then get turned into delicious fruit jams, cordials and sauces. High-quality honey is also produced on the farm. ”Bees play an important role for the natural world and the environment and make excellent-quality honey” stresses Klaus Jageregger, a keen farmer and beekeeper.
Products:
- cordials (raspberry, elderflower, red currant, mint), each 0.5 l; fruit nectar (pear, apricot, peach, tomato), each 0.2 l
- Fruit jams (plum, raspberry, apricot, nectarine, peach, quince, red currant, red apricot) each 220 g or 260 g
- chutney (tomato-apple, pepper), each 150 g; pickled vegetables (different vegetables, pepper, courgette) each 180 g; vegetables in tomato sauce (180 g, 360 g)
Coming from Neumarkt in front of the large car parking lot in Montan turn right and at the next crossroad turn right again. After 200 m you will find the farm on the right. The farm shop is open Tueday and Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
