Passion for Quality
St. Pauls is one of South Tyrol's most beautiful wine-growing areas. Our wine cellar was built 1907 on four floors ober a century ago. This building style, very innovative fot its time, is still advantageous for us. The entire winemaking process relies on gravity, with a difference in height of 22 meters from the top to the ground floor. Slowly, under the care fo our winemaker Wolfgang Tratter, the young wine will fully develop its body and elegance to reflect our motto: Passion for Quality.
