Life is good at Rabensteinerhof farm for mother cows and their calves, as well as for our own-reared pigs: in winter they are kept in their sunlit pen and in summer they go to the sunny mountain pasture. "The Grauvieh and Limousin cross-breed results in a special feature of the oragnic meat", states Peter, the farmer. The meat is available vacuum-packed.
Coming from Bozen, take the road to Penserjoch. The farm is on the left-hand side 10 km after the sign for the village of Astfeld (follow signs).
